Built Technologies
When I joined Built, they'd spent a decade focused on lenders. Contractor and subcontractor experiences were designed in silos, creating fragmentation. Through conceptual modeling, I uncovered the Built Chain insight: developers, contractors, and subs shared nearly identical jobs (collect docs, package payment requests, get paid, pay it forward).
I aligned these experiences so Built could move faster by reusing shared functionality, and users could speak the same visual and operational language when collaborating. The breakthrough: we could decouple documents from requirements, giving every stakeholder instant visibility instead of waiting weeks for paper to move up the chain.
"Before Built, we spent 1–2 hours tracking down compliance docs and cutting checks. Now we can use that time to focus on project financials and see what's going on."

"Once subcontractors see it work flawlessly the first time and get their money faster, they're happy we switched."
