When I joined, Implentio's design system had been built for MVP based on founder intuition. As I redesigned the core reconciliation workflow, patterns surfaced: accessibility issues, unclear interaction affordances, layouts prioritizing whitespace over scan efficiency in data-heavy views.

I restructured the system using Token Studio, separating primitives from semantic intent and creating a stable contract between design and code. This wasn't about perfection. It was about removing friction, supporting clarity, and positioning design to move faster without pulling engineering into every visual change. The system is strong without being rigid, ready to adapt as the business learns and shifts.
