I'd redesigned Implentio's core reconciliation workflows and evolved the design system. Our sales demo was months out of date, still showing MVP workflows our customers found confusing. Engineering was at capacity onboarding new clients with massive datasets. My CTO and Chief Customer Officer saw an opportunity: what if design could start to own the front-end independently, keeping engineering focused on core work?
I built the demo using Figma Make and Claude AI. I designed directly in the interface, solving problems engineers usually handle: state management, local persistence, dynamic filters, bulk updates, proper back navigation. I created seven invoices across three types and 61 orders with realistic line items, dates, and error patterns that actually add up. It feels production-ready because it practically is.
